Assistant Building Surveyor - Leeds
A respected property and construction consultancy is recruiting a Assistant Building Surveyor to support continued growth across its regional offices.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured APC graduate programme, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of building surveying services while working towards your MRICS status.
The Role
On a day-to-day basis, you will support senior surveyors and project teams by:
- Assisting with dilapidations, condition surveys, and acquisition reports
- Supporting contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Preparing reports, schedules, and technical documentation
- Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants
- Attending site meetings and client meetings
- Managing workload, timesheets, expenses and general project administration
- Developing technical knowledge through APC study, mentoring and CPD
About You
- Minimum 1 year’s industry experience
- RICS-accredited degree (2:1 or above)
- Working towards Chartered RICS status
- Organised, commercially aware and client-focused
