About the Company
Due to my client’s continued growth and a strong secured pipeline of work, we are recruiting a Associate Project Manager to join their expanding construction and property consultancy team.
My client are an established, Yorkshire-based consultancy delivering high-quality project management services across the built environment.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex construction and property projects, leading them from early feasibility stages through delivery and handover.
You will play a key leadership role within the business, managing stakeholders, overseeing cost and risk controls, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute and client-facing professional who thrives in a consultancy-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple schemes
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes and reporting frameworks
- Oversee cost control, procurement strategy, and contract administration
- Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies
- Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to business growth through client engagement and repeat work development
About You
- 4+ years’ experience in construction project management
- Proven track record delivering commercial or mixed-use developments
- Strong understanding of UK construction contracts (JCT / NEC)
- Excellent commercial acumen and budget management experience
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised
- Relevant construction qualification (Degree or equivalent)
- Professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB or similar) desirable
