The Role
- Delivering strategic advice on rent reviews and lease renewals
- Acting on behalf of a diverse range of commercial property clients
- Managing multiple instructions while meeting deadlines
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines
- Supporting business development and helping to grow the client base
The Ideal Candidate
- Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
- Proven experience within Lease Advisory
- Strong track record in rent reviews and lease renewals
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Confident in developing and maintaining client relationships
